Job Description
Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.3+ years of experience in Oracle APEX application developmentDegree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subjectExcellent understanding of Oracle DatabaseExpertise in SQL and PL/SQL programming, developing complex code units.Solid Experience of creating PL/SQL Packages, Procedures, Functions, Triggers, Views and Exception handling for retrieving, manipulating, checking and migrating complex data sets in Oracle. Proficiency with JavaScript, CSS, Ajax and jQueryKnowledge in JSON/REST web services, JavaScript templates, node.js would be added advantageResponsible for performance tuning activities in the project.Strong collaboration and teamwork skills necessaryExtensive interaction with the user community - both in terms of requirement analysis/gathering and post implementation supportOracle APEX design and development Knowledge and best practices to be used in conversion from Oracle Forms to APEXSelf-starter and motivated with ability to work in a fast-paced Rapid ApplicationDevelopment environment Strong analytical skills, thorough understanding of product developmentProven problem-solving skills from problem assessment to solution selection and implementation.Capacity to embrace changes, adapt to new technologies Ability to handle multiple development tasks and assignments simultaneously
